Call Center Representative
Compensation:$18–$20/hr
Schedule:Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the drive to support a growing company.Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Answer in-bound calls from new patient leads and guide them through a white glove appointment booking experience
• Create opportunities to exceed patient expectations by leading with empathy, urgency, and genuine care for the patient’s well-being
• Become a subject matter expert who can empower patients to take charge of their oral healthQualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while remaining open to constructive mentoring
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role (call center experience a plus but not required)About Us
