Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on, motivatedCampervan Cabinet Builderto join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with woodworking, custom furniture making, or finish trim experience who wants to learn the art of custom van conversions. No direct van-building experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: • Assist in building custom campervans from start to finish • Work with wood, metal, and composite materials to fabricate cabinetry, walls, and interior structures • Assemble cabinetry from CNC • Help with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installs (training provided) • Use power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently • Follow design plans and work under the guidance of experienced builders • Maintain a clean and organized workshop • Learn and develop new skills related to van conversions Qualifications: • 2-5 years experience in wood working, custom furniture building, finish carpentry, or similar trades • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions • Ability to lift and carry materials, work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks • Passion for campervans, RVs, tiny homes, or adventure vehicles is a plus!
