• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• 15+ years of experience required in procurement or supply chain with track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
• 10+ years of in-depth experience with managing CAPEX categories
• 8+ years with a management consulting firm driving Procurement Transformation in a client environment
• 8+ years experience in a CPG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing environment
• CAPEX management experience of an annual spend of at least $500M
• Ability to define and execute end-to-end sourcing & procurement processes including analysis, market profiles, strategy development, sourcing execution, negotiations, contracting and supplier management
• Ability to identify and lead transformation / improvement opportunities in CAPEX
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP, Coupa or other Procurement ERP software systems
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be based out of our Chicago, IL with consideration for remote resources

• Ability to travel up to 50% of your time.
