About the role:
The Capture Gen3 seeks a talented Capture Analyst to join our team, assisting in expanding business opportunities within the federal and civilian sectors. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative solutions in areas including cybersecurity, program and project management, and software development.
Location: Remote, U.S.
What You'll Do:
- Actively participate in all business planning activities, including scheduling and facilitating business development presentations, pipeline reviews, and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Work alongside a capture team to advance opportunities through the pipeline and craft winning proposals.
- Identify opportunities that align with Gen3's capability areas and target markets/agencies, including civilian agencies such as Treasury, IRS, VA, and HHS.
- Enter opportunities into the Salesforce CRM, maintain them, and provide assistance with system administration.
- Collaborate closely with Business Developers, Capture Managers, and program managers to enhance our win strategy, focusing on market research, solutions development, effective teaming, staffing, and pricing strategies.
- Support Capture Manager in creating impactful solutions that align with strategic project/program objectives and overall business outcomes.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline is desired.
- Approximately 3 years of experience working in the federal and civilian space, preferably with familiarity in pipelining cybersecurity, program and project management, and software development opportunities.
- Solid understanding of the federal contracting process, government contracting, and procurement.
- Experience developing and pursuing an opportunity pipeline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with leadership abilities and skills.
What's Desired to Have:
- Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies is highly desired.
