Carpenter Framer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various framing techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial builds, where attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The Framer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring accurate measurements, and executing high-quality framing work. Responsibilities • Construct and install metal frameworks for walls. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications. • Perform metal building erection as required by project needs. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete framing tasks. • Conduct heavy lifting as required during the framing process. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure timely project completion. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills • Proficient in metal stud framing, trim carpentry. • Strong understanding of construction management principles and site experience is essential. • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work. • Familiarity with construction safety standards and practices is required.
