Cashier/Warehouse Associate

Duties: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately • Scan and bag items for customers • Process returns and exchanges • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels • Answer customer questions and provide product information • Promote sales and upsell products when appropriate • Accurately count and receive product when delivered • Able to answer and process phone orders Requirements: • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred • Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills • Knowledge of computer and/or mobile devices • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese) are a plus • Good work ethic, responsible, and trustworthy are a must • Self-sufficient and proactive without supervision Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
