Job Responsibilities Menu Planning:Develop and design customized menus tailored to client preferences and event themes. Food Preparation:Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Event Coordination:Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Team Management:Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Compliance:Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Catering Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry. • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience. • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
