Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic individual to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in executing our company's vision and strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, and supporting other C-Suite executives, the Chief of Staff (COS) will play a crucial role in increasing the company’s topline and profitability, spearheading market understanding, process optimization, and ongoing business review initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful leader, capable of managing high-level initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational efficiency.

This role is an onsite (full-time) role in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Responsibilities:
- •Strategic Planning: Lead and drive the strategic planning process, anticipating technology and competitive environment change. Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and objectives.
- •Process Innovation and Improvement: Develop and implement new processes to maximize value delivery and optimize existing processes.
- •Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless alignment and integration of key initiatives. Effectively communicate and cascade strategy, foster continuous knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
- •Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- •Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- •Analytics: provide oversight and report progress on strategy execution of both initiatives and investments, identifying key metrics. – working with the business to ensure risks are managed and the programs deliver the anticipated benefits.Â
- •Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and challenges to the company's success, developing proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard against adverse outcomes.
- •Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners, representing the CEO and company with professionalism and integrity.
- •Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, managing priorities, and ensuring effective decision-making.
- •Identify major focus areas to guide our efforts and investments.
- •Special Projects: Lead and support ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business/Finance, or related field.
- MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- •8-12 years of experience in consulting, technology, business, strategy, or healthcare-related fields.
- •Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position, supporting C-suite executives.
- •5+ years of experience in a management or similar corporate position.

- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively.

- •Demonstrated ability to think strategically, data-driven approach to decision-making. Adept at leveraging analytics tools and marketing technologies to identify key issues and value drivers and translate strategic insights into an appropriate analytical framework.
- •Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of driving results in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts, present complex information, build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- •Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- •Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- •Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- •Ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 20%
