We are a growing team and are currently searching for a fresh mind to join our Client Onboarding Team in our London office! Our team and the extended department work as Zettle’s gatekeepers and as such is charged with protecting both the Company as well as our merchant population. It is down to our Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists and Anti-Financial Crime Specialists to ensure that Zettle maintains a safe, stable and secure financial ecosystem. We are looking for fun, energised and driven individuals who are able to solve complex problems whilst keeping a positive attitude.
The Gatekeepers
We work together in order to ensure that both the company and our merchant population are protected. We assess and analyse potential merchants to ensure that Zettle is being used for good! We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst for our London office. Alongside your teammates, you will have considerable influence over the Zettle customer experience and Zettle’s overall customers’ continued success.
Guardian-at-the-Gate: Onboard users by carrying out know-your-customer (KYC) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for our most challenging cases.
Support the rest of the organisation with your expertise.
Own and drive specific areas and projects and work alongside multiple stakeholders
Handle internal and external communication channels
