Client Sales Representative (CSR)

Overview We are seeking a outgoing, tech savvy, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and sales support. You will handle sales inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support by addressing client inquiries via over the phone and person. • Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide information about products and services. • Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. • Maintain a CRM system for tracking customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to assist diverse clientele. Qualifications • Proven experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred. • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. • Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
