Client Service Associate
Summary
Premier Financial Group,a comprehensive financial planning, investment and insurance firm located in Glenside, PA, is looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA). Premier focuses on helping families multiply, manage and enjoy wealth. The CSA’s primary role will be to service our investment and insurance clients and advisors. The CSA will need excellent customer service as they will have daily interactions with firm clients and will help with service requests, scheduling and meeting preparation. The CSA also serves as a liaison between the client, their advisor and the provider, therefore excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Own the whole client in terms of service. This includes preparation for meetings, follow-up items post-meeting, service when they call in, etc.
• Servicing our investment and life insurance business
• Act as liaison between the client, advisor, insurance and/or investment company
• Process and submit new insurance and investment account applications efficiently while focusing on follow through with advisors, clients and underwriters until completed
• Successfully partner with Broker Dealer for new account establishment, account maintenance, money movement and compliance
• Maintain CRM database and Laserfiche to ensure accuracy, and accessibility of client files
• Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up including assembling requisite paperwork, report generation, and post-meeting documentation
• Manage client needs in a timely and accurate manner
• Schedule client appointments for Financial Advisors
• Deepen client relationships and establish rapport through positive greeting
• Provide back-up support to other Premier Financial Group members when someone is out of the office (mail, answer phone, etc.)
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations and Financial Advisors

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) are essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
• Attention to detail required for paperwork and documentation
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
• Ability to learn new and business specific, software programs as needed
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry allowing for a good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including but not limited to: equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
• Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred
• Previous experience working with annuities preferred
