The Client Management Team members are the main focal point for the customers that they are assigned to. They make sure that the clients receive exceptional service while the business sales goals are supported. They develop implement and maintain client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all customers. The main areas of responsibilities for the Client Management organization are SLAs/KPIs management customer satisfaction inventory management and reviews.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position you would support IBM’s largest customer globally reporting to the Global PMO Contracts and Governance lead. The role is cross-GEO with exposure to various different Countries and Markets.

This role supports contract inventory management for our customer across all ASEAN and ANZ countries. The function facilitates all inventory contract changes which results in accurate quarterly billing for these countries. Support contractual obligation to present inventory changes for quarterly billing illustrating inventory and billing movement with reporting to underpin billing amounts. The role also ensures adherence to the commercial terms and conditions stipulating under which conditions the customer may remove or change inventory. In this role you will be responsible and accountable for managing and executing defined inventory processes and supporting the Global PMO with data driven analyses of inventory dynamics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hard Skills:

• Proficient English language skills
• Strong user knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
• In depth knowledge of: Conga CHIS iBase WTAAS ESS
• Recognition of brand contras for SWMA licences MES updates understanding of data in conga engage support FindCMR tool iERP etc.

Soft Skills / Ability to:

• React quickly to customers’ requirements
• Work under targets and with deadlines
• Work within a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize and be organized
