Client Service Representative

Job Overview Our client is seeking a professional customer service representative to handle inbound/outbound client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service in a high-volume setting. Responsibilities • Manage high volumes of inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy. • Provide clear, accurate updates and information to clients. • Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation and records. • Enter and track data accurately within CRM systems. • Summarize incident details and assist clients through sign-up and follow-up processes. • Ensure timely follow-through and effective communication with clients and team members. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, and electronic document management tools. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills. • Clear, compassionate, and professional communication abilities. • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, especially in high-stress situations. • College degree or legal background preferred. • Spanish fluency is a plus.
