Injection Molding Technician

WY Industriesis seeking adedicated and reliableOvernight Injection Molding Technician to join our24/7 manufacturing facility in New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone with experience ininjection molding machine operations, troubleshooting, and supporting production teams during overnight shifts. Theprimary responsibilitieswill include: • Restarting and adjusting injection molding machinesafter stops, ensuring smooth operation. • Basic troubleshooting of molding equipmentto maintain production flow. • Providing break and lunch coveragefor machine operators, ensuring continuous production. • Conducting routine inspectionsto identify and address minor mechanical issues. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspacein compliance with safety and quality standards. • Reporting machine issues promptlyto lead mechanics and supervisors. Qualifications: • Prior experience in injection molding operations(experience with thin-wall molding is a plus). • Ability to restart and perform minor troubleshootingon injection molding machines. • Basic mechanical aptitudeand willingness to learn machine operations. • Dependable and able to work independentlyon the overnight shift. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
