Client Services and Showroom Representative

The role requires multitasking, flexibility, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: • Client Services:Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and text messages. Educate clients through the entire process—from initial consultation to final installation—and ensure they are fully informed about our products and services. • Showroom Management:Oversee the organization and upkeep of the showroom. Ensure all displays are clean, organized, and up-to-date with the latest products working with Sales Manager. Provide clients with accurate information about products and services, and assist them during showroom visits. • Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule consultations, measurements, and installations. Ensure all appointments are set at times that are convenient for clients and align with our operations. • Issue Resolution:Address client concerns and issues promptly, with professionalism and empathy. Escalate more complex matters to management when needed to ensure timely resolution. • Documentation:Maintain accurate client records and document all client interactions in our CRM system. Ensure that all transactions and communications are properly logged for future reference. • Feedback Collection:Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services. Share information with the management team to help refine processes and enhance client satisfaction. • Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish. Qualifications: • Previous experience in client services, showroom management, or a related role, preferably in a custom closet or case goods company. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and competing priorities. • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Availability:Ideal candidates must be able to work on Saturdays and 4 additional days during the week.
