Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
The Customer Service Representative's responsibility is to provide outstanding service by working with internal and external customers to ensure Magnum meets its commitments and delights customers at every step of the experience.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service with our customers (internal and external) via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
• Enter pickups and returns and gather customer information to communicate with other departments.
• Monitor, track, and trace customer’s freight.
• Process changes or cancellations to freight bills.
• Take ownership of the customer’s concern. Diagnose, assess, resolve, and provide resolutions that are as easy as possible for the customer.
• Educate customers on technology solutions that Magnum has in place.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
• A high level of interpersonal skills to handle customer service issues calmly and professionally.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
• The ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to ever-changing needs.
Education/Experience:
• Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Managementor2+ years experience in a Customer Service role.
