We’re looking for a Client Success Analyst to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for our small to medium business accounts.
This role will report to our Team Manager of Client Services.

As a Client Success Analyst, you will combine your industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions, to drive continuous value within our largest SMB clients in your specific industry.Â
You will partner with Sales Managers and Account Managers to develop and execute strategies that focus on using Similarweb data to solve for a specific customer need.Â
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the Client Success Team means your daily responsibilities may include:
- Training new clients on how best to use the platform
- Analyzing online data to identify both strategic and tactical opportunities for your clients
- Helping clients derive more value from the platform by providing industry-specific insights in the form of presentations, workshops or calls Using your professional industry expertise and knowledge of Similarweb to help up-skill the sales and account management team in how best to use the product for specific use-cases/personas/industriesÂ
- Providing strategic input for our product solutions, including insight into positioning within your specific industry, go-to-market strategy and more
 This is the perfect job for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in economics, marketing, or business strategyÂ
- Has at least 2+ years of relevant client-facing or digital agency working with any of the following industries: AdTech, B2B Software, Payments, or Logistics
- Understands digital marketing and various online marketing channels
- Has previous sales experience, or has worked with sales roles before (including sales managers, account management, SDRs, Sales ops, etc) Demonstrates the ability to produce high quality client-facing materials that drive results
- Is highly skilled at creating compelling stories and insights from dataÂ
- Exhibits strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Can manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projectsÂ
- Will be able to collaborate with colleagues and business partners across the company to accomplish their goals.

- Proficiency in multiple languages

This position may be based in one of several locations. If your position will be based in SimilarWeb’s New York City office or will require travel to the New York City office, your offer will be contingent upon proof of COVID-19 vaccination, as required by the New York City Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene.
