The internship role will be with the sales operations team and report to the Senior Director Sales Productivity. During the internship, the candidate will work closely with a team of business system analysts and will develop an understanding of key sales systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Take new hire sales training with a focus on sales tools like Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, OneMob and Aviso.
  • Actively participate in team meetings with sales operations and Nuance IT team.
  • Update existing documentation like the business systems process documentation and tools training documentation.
  • A team of experienced system analysts will mentor and guide the intern during this period. This would be a mutually beneficial relationship, where we would get some tasks done by the intern while he/she will gain valuable experience in the Corporate Sales Business Systems world.

Qualifications:
  • You are currently enrolled in a fulltime degree in Business Systems, Business Administration, Operations & Information Management
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You are eligible to work full time (40h/week)
