Clinique CRM Assistant

The role of a CRM Assistant is to support the management and optimization of customer relationships. This involves assisting in the creation and building of customer communications like emails, SMS, and direct mailers, and generating data and reports to analyze customer performance and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, a CRM Assistant provides administrative support for the team, coordinates marketing campaigns, and ensures executional excellence.

  • CRM Communication Creation (60%): Collaborating with the Assistant CRM Manager to prepare communication briefs, create, build, and update various types of communications, including BAU Emails/SMS/Trigger Emails/Innovative Features, etc. Utilising Braze and Taxi to set up campaigns, segmentation and to conduct A/B testing.

  • Working Closely with the Corporate Team (10%): Sharing current projects, addressing technical issues, and seeking support from the Corporate Team/CRM agency during weekly meetings.


  • Reporting Support (10%): Collecting data from various CRM systems to assist the team in preparing weekly email reports, monthly CRM reports, launch campaign analysis, and post campaign analysis.


  • Market Intelligence (5%): Monitoring competitors' activities, including communication ecosystem, design & layout, events, loyalty programme, etc., to provide insights.


  • Purchase Orders Handling (5%): Accurately raising purchase orders before month-end to ensure smooth operations within the team.


  • Sample Allocation to Stores (5%): Assisting in sample allocation and event raise to ensure samples are delivered to stores on time to support the instore activities.


  • Other Duties (5%): Assist the Assistant CRM Manager in managing and executing Moveable Ink projects by working closely with the Corporate team and agency.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in the beauty or retail industry, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with CRM software platforms such as Braze or similar tools is a plus.

  • A creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas for CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to think outside the box to develop compelling content and promotional strategies.
  • Experience in creating BAU communication materials such as email, SMS, and social campaigns.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and CRM agencies.
    Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools - Google Analytics and techniques to track campaign performance and customer behavior.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data management and campaign execution.
    Team Player:
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Enthusiasm for Clinique's products and brand philosophy.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
