CNC Operator

Our team and product line continue to grow and we are looking for individuals eager to learn and grow with us! Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Billco Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet our high standards of quality. Responsibilities • Operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications and blueprints. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production. • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. • Perform routine maintenance on machines and work with team on troubleshooting issues that arise. • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. • Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance. • Assist in secondary operations, such as stamping and laser marking. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Requirements • 2-3 years experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings. • 2-3 years experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for quality control checks. • Experience using Fanuc controls, as plus. • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus. • Capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
