Job Description

Schedule: • 4am - 4:30pm (Friday-Sunday) Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. • Perform CNC program operations, including feed/speed adjustments and adding passes when necessary. • Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and technical tables. • Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). • Compute dimensions and tolerances, measure, and lay out workpieces. • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments as needed. • Ensure all material meets work order specifications and record measurements per written work instructions. • Debur and finish parts to meet quality and safety requirements. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Operate additional machine tools when required, such as sawing, turning, boring, drilling, and precision grinding. • Perform other duties as assigned. • This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery. • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 year CNC operations experience. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with heavy machinery.Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs • Preferred Qualifications • Experience operating Mazak and Doosan machines. • Familiarity with G-code. • Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production issues.
