Job Description

CNC Operator Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team and assist our Lead CNC Router Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Router machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The CNC Router Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties • Prepare and adjust CNC Router machines for optimal performance. • Prepare and load raw materials onto the CNC Router machines. • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with the requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly. • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning. • Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as necessary. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Experience • Previous experience as a CNC Router Operator in a similar manufacturing role for a minimum of 2 years is required. • Familiarity with programming languages used in CNC machining is a plus. • Experience with factory environments and understanding of mechanical systems is essential. • Ability to stand for long periods in an unairconditioned environment is required. • Ability to lift and move 50+ pound regularly is needed. • Ability to operate forklifts safely is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
