Must: • Active driver’s license. • Reliable transportation. • A working cell phone for clocking in/out, taking pictures, and communication. • Dependable individuals who can adhere to a zero-tolerance policy during the 90-day probation period (no no-shows or call-outs). Schedule: • Evening • Night shift • On-call shifts • Weekend availability Responsibilities: If an opportunity arises, your responsibilities could include: • Cleaning and maintaining all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. • Following procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment. • Maintaining assigned buildings, including clubhouses, gyms, bathrooms, and offices. • Emptying trash cans and using a compactor when necessary. • Cleaning glass windows, partitions, and mirrors. • Replenishing paper products and sanitary supplies. • Assisting supervisors when needed. • Performing outdoor cleaning, including playgrounds and pool areas. • Ensuring pool areas are clean, sanitized, and organized. • Following the scope of work as requested by clients. Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum age of 18 years. • Able to lift at least 50 lbs. • Reliable and strong work ethic. • Authorized to work in the United States. • Prior cleaning or service-oriented experience preferred. • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check. • Comfort working both indoors and outdoors. • Flexible schedule and commitment to assigned shifts when available.
