Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software tools and a strong understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. • Conduct construction estimating and prepare detailed project budgets. • Develop and maintain project schedules. • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals. • Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflows. • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. • Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities for future reference.
