**All American Lock is Hiring Experienced Commercial Door Technicians** All American Lock is seeking experienced Commercial Door Technicians for full-time positions throughout Southern California, specifically in San Bernardino County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, or surrounding counties. **General Summary:** At All American Lock Corporation, we value our employees as our most important asset. As a leader in the commercial door industry, we provide services for doors, hardware, docks, storefronts, and preventive maintenance across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, malls, transportation facilities, hotels, banks, and office buildings. Our service technicians are responsible for performing quality installations and maintenance services while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail in job completion and related paperwork are essential. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** - Service and install commercial doors (automatic, hollow metal, and overhead) - Service and install docks (levelers, seals, bumpers, etc.) - Service and install commercial locks and door hardware **Qualifications:** - A clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles - AAADM certification is a plus - Experience in metalworking, electrical work, welding, and general construction - Background in commercial doors, automatic doors, hardware, docks, and preventive maintenance programs - Strong mechanical aptitude - Positive and professional attitude - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints - Capability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes - Customer-focused service orientation - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with the following door manufacturers' products is a plus: - Nabco - Stanley Access Technology - Record USA - Tormax - Besam - Allegion Door Hardware - Assa Abloy **Pay and Benefits:** We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, all within a positive working environment.
