Commercial Electrical Foreman

Delta Bravo Electric is seeking a skilled and motivatedCommercial Electrical Foremanto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing job site operations, managing electrical crews, coordinating with the superintendent, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on various job sites • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC standards • Coordinate and communicate daily with the Superintendent • Order materials and track inventory to keep the project on schedule • Conduct jobsite safety checks and enforce OSHA regulations • Complete and submit accurate daily reports and job updates • Problem-solve issues in the field quickly and effectively • Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency on all projects Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience • 1 year Foreman experience preferred • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Proficient knowledge of NEC and electrical systems • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Experience with material ordering and managing project logistics • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions • OSHA 10 certification (Required) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive team environment • PTO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.79 - $35.87 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Experience: • Foreman: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • Journeyman Electrician (Required) • OSHA 10 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Dallas-Fort Worth, TX 75287 (Required) Work Location: In person
