Commercial Lines Account Manager - Risk Management Firm - Base Salary to 125k/year - Wayne, PA • Our client, a close knit, risk management firm/broker in the Wayne, PA area has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. They offer personal and commercial insurance solutions to many industry-leading, middle market organizations. Some of the industries they serve include building materials, manufacturing, real estate, country clubs, restaurants, summer camps, swim schools, hedge funds, various technology-driven organizations, professional services, etc. They have grown 33% just this year! Responsibilities: • Responsible for a generalist commercial book of roughly 300 clients ranging between $50,000-$100,000 in premium. • Serve as a point of contact for service requests, marketing, renewals, proposals, etc. • Follow up and confirm receipt of Carrier downloaded policies, endorsements, and audits. • Obtain loss runs from Carrier websites. • Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve any outstanding endorsements or billing issues or cancellations. • Maintain and update client files and records in EPIC. Qualifications: • 2+ years of commercial experience. • Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed. • EPIC experience preferred. Compensation: • Base salary in the 100k - 125k/year range plus salary increases. • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k (in progress), etc. • Flexible hybrid schedule once caught up to speed. #INDIND
