Commercial Plumber

**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction plumbing, HVAC systems, remodeling projects, and field service. We travel NJ, PA, DE, and MD. Company vehicle with tools provided. On call every 5-6 weeks with pay differential. **Duties** - Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings - Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide efficient solutions - Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, faucets, fixtures, and other plumbing components - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems - Operate commercial driving vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites - Provide field service for emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks **Experience** - Proven experience as a Plumber in various settings such as residential, commercial, or industrial - Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and best practices - Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems - Experience in remodeling projects where plumbing modifications are required - Ability to work effectively on construction sites and follow safety protocols - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex plumbing issues - Previous experience in field service for timely response to emergency plumbing needs **Skills** - Construction plumbing expertise - Proficiency in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems - HVAC knowledge for system integration - Construction site familiarity for efficient work execution - Ability to build and plumb structures accurately - Field service capabilities for emergency repairs - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting complex issues At Lynmar Builders we are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our maintenance department and showcase your skills in construction plumbing, maintenance, field service, and mechanical knowledge.
