About Us
Mosquito Shield of Southern NJ is a locally-owned franchise that's been helping families enjoy mosquito and tick-free outdoor living since 2013. We're part of a group of businesses that also includes Mr. Handyman of Woodstown, Swedesboro, and Sewell. We are passionate about creating spaces where families can make memories.
What You'll Do
As a member of our year-round Customer Service Team, the representative is the friendly voice that connects with customers and coordinates the field operations across our brands:
• Be the first impression- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule and coordinate- Work with our technician team to manage daily routes, service visits, and call-backs.
• Build relationships- Engage in outbound campaigns by phone, e-mail, and text to grow our customer base and retain existing clients
• Support operations and management- Assist with billing, database management, and administrative tasks
• Marketing support- Help with social media, newsletters, community events, review responses, and networking activities
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination helpful but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Confidence in receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls
• Comfort with computers, tablets, and phone systems
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Clean background check, drug test and valid driver's license
• Ability to work standard business hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with occasional Saturdays during peak season

Job Details
• Employment Type:Full-time; Year-round non-exempt with overtime opportunities during peak season
• Schedule:Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• Location:Southern NJ (Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland Counties)
• Experience Level:Some experience preferred - we provide comprehensive training!
• Compensation:$21 to $25/hour depending on experience plus bonuses for performance
