Commercial Plumber Needed

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough and finish plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently or/and as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing installations and repairs are completed effectively and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and building codes. No dumbasses, please. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Mostly commercial. • Perform pipe threading and welding as needed to ensure secure connections. • Conduct projects involving plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes. • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks effectively. • Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects. • Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move materials or equipment. • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Skills • Proficient in pipe threading techniques and plumbing installation methods. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. • Experience in projects related to plumbing systems. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. • Competence in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. • Commercial driving skills are a plus for transporting materials as needed. • Having a clean DMV record is a must • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
