We're Hiring: Experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technician Location: Chicagoland Area Job Type: Full-Time Salary:Competitive, based on experience Are you a skilled Commercial Plumbing Service Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience? Join our team of industry professionals who take pride in delivering top-tier service to commercial clients across the Chicago Metro area. What You'll Do: . Diagnosing, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems . Perform installations and upgrades for water, gas, and drainage systems . Respond to service calls with professionalism and efficiency . Collaborate with contractors, property managers, and team members . Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards . Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities as a Journeyman Service Plumber including paperwork, documentation, customer interactions, service, repair and PM schedules. . Availability to be performed on-call duty rotation nights and/or weekends as required. . Basic computer skills (electronic documentation via I-pad and I-phone) What We're Looking For: . Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience . Valid Chicago of Illinois plumbing license or certification (as required by state) . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Excellent communication and customer service abilities . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record and be able to work in the Chicagoland and NW Indiana corridor. . 30 Hour OSHA Training a plus. .
