Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager The Pangere Corporation is seeking estimators to join our Commercial Construction Division. The estimator will report to the Division Manager and work to develop accurate cost estimates for projects across a variety of markets. Ideal candidates should be motivated individuals who are well organized, able to meet deadlines, and works well in a team environment. Typical Responsibilities Include: • Perform quantity takeoffs and estimates • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members • Assist team members in general construction administration duties • Manage budgets and oversee the financial success of projects Skills and abilities: • Associates degree and/or a proven track record of estimating and managing projects in the commercial construction industry • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as any project management, scheduling and estimating software About The Pangere Corporation: Established in 1905, The Pangere Corporation provides general construction services to a variety of clients across Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area.
