Construction Laborer – Asphalt & Seal Coating Overview We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our paving crew. In this role, you will assist with asphalt paving, seal coating, and general site preparation, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Duties • Assist in asphalt paving, seal coating, and general site maintenance • Prepare work areas by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up equipment • Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment • Support skilled crew members in tasks such as grading, raking, and compacting asphalt • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment • Perform physical labor including lifting, shoveling, and carrying materials as needed Qualifications • Previous experience in asphalt paving, seal coating, or construction preferred but not required • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods • Familiarity with paving tools, seal coat equipment, and safety gear is a plus • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks as needed • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Join our team and help us build smooth, durable surfaces and a better future through quality workmanship!
