Experienced Cabinet Shop Carpenter

We are a busy, well-established custom cabinet shop located in Manvel, TX, known for our high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in residential and light commercial cabinetry, and we're looking to grow our team with a skilled and dependable cabinetmaker. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experiencedCabinet Shop Carpenterwith a minimum of10 years of hands-on experiencein custom cabinet fabrication. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a shop-based position with occasional on-site installations. Responsibilities: • Build custom cabinets from shop drawings or verbal instructions • Operate shop equipment (table saws, jointers, planers, routers, etc.) safely and efficiently • Assemble and finish cabinetry with precision and attention to detail • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials when needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of cabinet-making experiencein a shop environment • Proficient withhand and power tools • Must havereliable transportation, hand toolsand livewithin a 30-minute commute to Manvel, TX • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Must be punctual, dependable, and take pride in quality craftsmanship Compensation: • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level • Stable, long-term work environment Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 45 per week Benefits: • 401(k) Work Location: In person
