We’re seeking hardworking individuals ready to build a long-term career in construction. Position Overview We are hiringentry-level Civil Construction Laborers (Laborer III)to join our field teams. This is an ideal position for candidates eager to learn the trade and grow into skilled roles such as Concrete Finisher, or Foreman. Experience in or interest inconcrete workis strongly preferred. You’ll assist in all phases of construction, including excavation, forming, grading, concrete placement, and general site support. What You’ll Do • Assist with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of structural and flatwork concrete • Support construction crews in grading, trenching, compaction, and backfilling • Perform general labor including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment spotting • Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment safely • Help with forming, rebar placement, and finishing work under supervision • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site • Work under the direction of Foremen and Superintendents to support project goals What We’re Looking For • Previous exposure to construction or concrete work preferred (not required) • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs regularly) • Comfortable working outdoors in all Arizona weather conditions • Team player who takes direction well and maintains a positive attitude • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet background criteria • Must be authorized to work in the United States
