Construction Project Lead

ACR is looking for a reliable Construction Project Lead to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Maintain minimum acceptable Gross Profit margins on all Insurance Repair projects
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversight/quality control of job files and documentation
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Becoming a valued team player
Other Functions:
• Read, explain, and understand Xactimate scopes for insurance repair
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Add valued strategic partners to ACR team

Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 5 years of construction related experience preferred
• Construction project management: 2 years (Required)
Language Skills:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Skills:
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emergencies
• Ability to have foresight in recognizing potential issues, and proactively address prior to issues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
