Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organizedConstruction Project Managerto oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring that every project meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities • Manage construction projects from planning through completion • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors • Develop/track project schedules and budgets • Ensure compliance with codes, DOB, and safety rules • Manage contracts, RFIs, and change orders • Conduct site inspections and resolve delays/issues • Maintain daily reports, meeting notes, and documentation Skills & Qualifications • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Proficient inProcoreandMS Project • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering (preferred) • PMP certification (a plus) • Experience withAutoCADorBluebeamstrongly preferred Required NYC Licenses & Training(per DOB & Local Law 196) • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety • 32-Hour Suspended Scaffold • 32-Hour Supported Scaffold • 62-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) • 40-Hour Site Safety Manager (if serving as SSM) • DOB Construction Superintendent Registration (if managing safety on projects over 4 stories/40 ft) Employee Benefits • Medical insurance • Retirement savings plan (401k) • Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) References Qualified candidates should be prepared to provideat least 2–3 professional references, preferably from former supervisors, clients, or colleagues who can verify project management experience, leadership ability, and safety compliance history.
