Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow. • Review blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of construction activities. • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. • Prepare construction estimates and budgets. • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly. • Ensure all necessary permits and contracts are in place before commencing work on-site. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings is required. • Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools is preferred. • Experience with project management software like ProCore is a plus. • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. • Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is beneficial. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
