Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and clients. • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and BlueBeam Revu. • Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards. • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed. • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts. • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications. Requirements • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry. • Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid. • Familiarity with civil engineering principles and tools like Civil 3D for site development projects is preferred. • Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or similar software. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and construction site operations. • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
