Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Construction company looking for a Project manager/estimator Company specializes in the following: -Complete kitchen remodels -Complete bath remodels -All interior remodeling -Exterior remodeling -Concrete work, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc. Responsibilites: -leads and coordinates all project phases, ensures deliverables are met, manages communication, and tracks budget and timeline -Assists with scheduling, documentation and communication among all involved parties. -Field supervisor oversees on-site work execution and quality control according to the defined scope As estimator you will be responsible for going out and bidding jobsites As estimator you will need to go out and help us search for new jobs and give estimates to potential and current customers. No contractors please *Requirements*: -Driver's license -Have own transportation -Dress to impress -Experience in construction (at least 3yrs) -Experience in remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, etc. -Experience in texture & dry wall repairs -Must have knowledge on reading blueprints -Experience in plumbing a plus but not mandatory -English language required (English/Spanish bilingual preferred) -Serious inquiries only you will have paid vacation, commission +, & bonuses *this is a full time position Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Construction: 1 year (Required) Language: • Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
