Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction worker to join our company. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Duties • Assist in the construction and demolition of structures as directed by supervisors. • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction projects. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. • Clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) in their tasks as needed. • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required. • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and coworkers. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards on the job site. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
