We’re hiring a reliable, experienced construction workers to help with a full rehab project in North Philadelphia. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to handlemultiple tradesand wants steady work with a respectful, motivated team.
We are seeking a dependable, skilled construction worker to join our team for a major rehab projectconverting a duplex into a triplexinNorth Philadelphia near Temple University. This is apermanent positionwith steady work available on multiple upcoming properties.
We’re looking for someone with experience inmultiple tradeswho’s ready to work hard, show up on time, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. The job includes tasks likeframing, drywall, flooring, painting, and more.
Spanish-speaking or Mexican workers are preferred due to team communication, butall hardworking individuals are welcome to applyregardless of background.
Pay: $100–$300/day, depending on experience.
Paid daily or weekly —under-the-table availableif needed.

Duties
• Framing (interior, non-load-bearing walls)
• Drywall hanging and taping
• Flooring (tile, vinyl, or wood)
• Painting (interior walls and ceilings)
• Basic plumbing or electric (a plus)
• General demo and cleanup
• Willingness to take direction from lead GC
• Must work efficiently and show up on time
• Assist in building structures, including framing and finishing tasks.
• Perform stucco application and maintenance as required.
• Engage in metal stud framing for various projects.
• Lay tile with precision and attention to detail.
• Support carpentry tasks, including trim carpentry and general woodwork.
• Apply plaster for finishing surfaces as needed.
• Conduct construction painting to ensure aesthetic appeal and protection of surfaces.
• Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and openings effectively.
• Participate in mold remediation efforts to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with building techniques and materials is advantageous.
• Skills in specific areas such as stucco application, metal stud framing, tile laying, carpentry, plastering, painting, caulking, mold remediation, or trim carpentry are highly valued.
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed on the job site.
