We are looking for a Transformation Consultant for the SAP Public Cloud Finance are who will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the transition of their financial operations to SAP-based public cloud platforms. This role requires a fusion of SAP expertise public cloud knowledge and robust consulting skills to facilitate smooth and efficient financial transformations.
- Assessment and Strategy Development: Evaluate current financial systems and processes and develop strategic roadmaps for migration to SAP public cloud platforms.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP-based cloud solutions on platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Cost Optimization and Financial Management: Utilize SAP's cloud capabilities to optimize financial processes enhance reporting and provide insights for better decision-making.
- Project Leadership: Support/ Lead the execution of transformation projects managing resources timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new cloud-based financial systems by end-users addressing concerns and providing necessary training and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP's latest features and industry trends to continuously refine and improve cloud-based financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (CFA CPA) are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial systems with a minimum of 3 years focused on SAP and public cloud technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP SAP S/4HANA and its financial modules along with proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform.
- Demonstrated track record in leading SAP transformation projects within a consulting or advisory context.
- Strong understanding of financial principles including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Experience with specific SAP modules such as FI/CO Treasury or Controlling.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in SAP implementations.
- Experience working with large enterprise systems and complex data migrations.
- Fluency in multiple languages particularly French for working with SAP products.
