Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems for information technology projects, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process for information technology projects and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve information technology project internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related work experience. Will accept a bachelor's equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each
of the following:
-Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, utilizing Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise, Infor LN ERP, Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION), Agile methodology, Fitgap analysis, and As Is - To Be business process mapping and design;
-Interfacing directly with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, leveraging User Stories, Functional Design Specifications, and Configuration Workbooks;
-Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing the MoSCoW method, RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, & Workflow), and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) & Gantt Charts;
-Participating in the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, by leveraging team check-ins, daily Scrum meetings, MS Teams, and SharePoint;
-Participating in, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews;
-Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects, utilizing RAID logs, Jira, or MS Project; and
-Mapping current and creating To-Be business service flows that help design components for online applications, utilizing Infor Implementation Accelerators and Dynamic Enterprise modeler (DEM).

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175.00 - $218,625.00.
