In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Provide expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WMS) to support and optimize warehouse operations.
Analyze requirements design configure and test SAP WMS solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration across the supply chain.
Support end-users with training documentation and issue resolution.
Participate in SAP WMS implementations enhancements and continuous improvements.
+4 years of experience as SAP Consultant in WMS or similar modules
To work on user incidents.
To work initially on 1 to 2 lane implementations and gradually work on multiple lane implementations.
To have calls with users if required for working on resolution of incidents.
To attend regular calls focused towards productivity gains and work accordingly
