Content Marketing Assistant

Content Marketing Assistant Job Description: As a Content Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence by filming content for current projects and contributing to the marketing team's goals. Your responsibilities will include contributing to effective social media strategies, content creation, client relations, and expanding our network. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication and organization skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Manager to film drone content and assist with creating videos • Increase company visibility and assist with generating leads. • Create engaging content to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of video marketing campaigns. • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance customer relationships. • Upload footage daily AND edited videos on a weekly basis. • Build relationships with clients and the GreenCal network. Requirements: • Proven experience in video marketing, preferably in the home service industry, or a marketing degree. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including ads and social media platforms. (Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.) • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and/or other video editing software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, MUST be a people-person. • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently & efficiently to meet deadlines. • Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. • Eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
