Controller

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Controller with strong communication skills and an affinity for data, you'll be a member of the Controlling Team and a competent point of contact for all controlling-related questions from our internal customers. You will be responsible for supporting and training our Senior Consultants-including MDPs-on the use of our pipeline, pricing, and reporting tool (Client View). You'll also assist in compiling and analyzing the monthly management reports. Furthermore, you will independently create data analyses and reports on an aggregated level for various internal customers (Business Development Team, Senior Consultants, Practice Area Leaders, etc.).

In addition to deviation analyses and target/actual comparisons, you will also handle ad-hoc requests. You'll also develop concepts to increase efficiency and alternative solutions for various requests in your sphere of responsibility. Finally, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and continuously developing our reporting tools.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have completed a business degree, ideally specializing in controlling.

You also have some professional experience in a similar position at a service-oriented international company.

You consider yourself an expert in MS Office and are ideally also familiar with advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.

You have experience or interest in the topic of GenAI.

You have profound knowledge of accounting and know which KPIs are relevant at service-oriented companies.

Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
