Job Description
1、与客户建立良好关系，满足客户期望，提供满意度；
2、严格遵守公司的DBS方针/程序/规程，每天反馈客户端质量状况及相关信息；
3、快速反应客户需求，保持内部沟通，确保问题顺利沟通与反馈；
4、针对客户问题，向工厂内部职能部门提供相关的建议/解决方案；
5、完成上级领导分配的任务，并及时汇报。
