Job Summary:
The Culture & Talent Project Manager will partner with various COE representatives, business groups and associates to design, develop and implement a variety of projects/programs and learning experiences to build awareness, influence behaviors and actions, and foster an inclusive workplace culture across numerous aspects of diversity and talent. The Culture & Talent, Project Manager will also track and monitor the progress and impact of actions through use of various business tools and workforce data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Partners to develop and manage actions and projects aligned with the global Workplace Culture & Talent strategy, employee experience and engagement, and desired business outcomes
- Creates and maintains project plans, reports metrics, and assists with presentations to provide status updates and information to key stakeholders
- Partners with business to identify and build relationships with community organizations, professional associations, academic institutions, and other affiliations to strengthen diversity and innovation
- Prepares and distributes a variety of people analytic reports and illustrations to present, track and monitor diverse representation progress, trends, areas for development, and survey completion
- Promotes and coordinates a variety of workplace culture and engagement events by managing internal communications tools
- Conducts ongoing research on workplace culture and inclusion best practices as needed, and recommends enhancements and continuous improvement
- Manages a variety of administrative activities for programs (e.g., scheduling/hosting, facilitating meetings, vendor management, SharePoint updates, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience
- Education and Experience: BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a specialist, analyst, or project/program manager (including project design and implementation, stakeholder management, and communications planning) with experience in workplace culture, engagement, and diversity is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or hourly employee populations is preferred but not required
- Strong people and interpersonal skills with exposure to and experience with global populations
- Strong data analytics and data interpretation skills
- Analytical skills and knowledge in using MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Ability to be a forward-thinker, operate with a continuous improvement mindset and have strong process-driven and facilitation skills
- Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships
