Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a part of our Customer Care Associates team, you will work with customers and our internal sales teams to create impactful sales and customer service solutions that deliver measurable results in the telecommunications and internet field. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for making our customers' experience superior while creating internet convenience for them. Our Customer Care Associates know our customers enjoy fast, efficient customer service that matches their internet speeds. The Customer Care Associate role involves creating customized customer sign-ups for new internet that is recently installed or optimized in their area. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an outgoing, positive, and solutions-focused Customer Care Associates to join our team. This role offers the ability to build expertise in customer service, communications, and sales. Customer Care Associate Responsibilities: • The Customer Care Associate will instill loyalty in customers by building trust, sharing our customers' newest benefits, offerings, and internet speeds • Introduce products and services that will best fit their desired needs, internet speed preference, and find a service solution • Learn and implement customer service techniques to ensure a seamless sales experience that results in customers knowing exactly what they are going to receive and when to expect the delivery • Utilize product knowledge expertise to drive sales, increase customer accounts, and expand the service deliberately on all new services • Work with customers to see if they are eligible for the service upgrades, troubleshoot confidentially, and resolve issues efficiently Customer Care Associate Qualifications: • Desire to develop skills in sales, customer service, telecommunications, and management • Natural ability to engage and connect with customers • Ability to proactively collaborate with diverse team members and maintain a positive work environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and take initiative in situations when needed • Eagerness to apply techniques that will improve efficiency • Customer service, sales, or related experience • Ability to work within an office environment and with customers face to face ReplyForward Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Shift: • Day shift Work Location: On the road
